Relational care and community rooted in the Mother Tree Method®

While enrolled in the Mother Tree Method® program, you’ll receive free access to a monthly support group designed specifically for mothers moving through this work. These are not therapy groups. They are spaces of validation, reflection, and shared re-rooting—where you can show up exactly as you are, in all the complexity that mothering brings. 

Each session offers a chance to be witnessed without judgment, to speak what’s often unspeakable, and to connect with others navigating similar terrain. Guided by the principles of the Mother Tree Method®, these groups center ecological attunement, nervous system safety, and maternal truth—not performance.

You’ll also be invited into a private online community space for program participants—a quieter, curated place to connect, reflect, and be in ongoing dialogue with other mothers walking this path.

After the program ends, you’ll have the option to continue participating in these monthly groups through a low-cost subscription that includes:

• Continued access to the live monthly support group
• Ongoing connection in the private community space
