Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Root and Ritual Wellness, LLC. These terms and conditions apply to all individual mentoring services, group programs, and related offerings. By purchasing and participating in these services, you agree to the following terms:

General Terms

1. Services Offered:

• These terms govern individual mentoring sessions and group programs provided by Root and Ritual Wellness, LLC.

• Specific details of each service are outlined in the relevant program materials, agreements, or descriptions at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility:

• Participation is open to individuals who meet the program criteria outlined in the course or mentoring description.

Payment Policies

1. Fees:

• All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise stated in the program or mentorship agreement.

• Payment plans, if offered, must be adhered to, with all payments made by the specified deadlines.

2. No Refunds:

• All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

• By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that Root and Ritual Wellness, LLC invests time and resources into providing these services, and refunds are not feasible.

3. Payment Failure:

• Failure to make timely payments for services may result in suspension or termination of access to the program or mentoring.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

1. Individual Mentoring Sessions:

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling.

2. Group Programs:

• Group program sessions are scheduled in advance and cannot be rescheduled individually.

• Missed group sessions will not be credited or refunded.

Code of Conduct

1. Commitment:

• Participants are expected to commit fully to the program, including completing all assignments and engaging respectfully with other participants and mentors.

2. Behavior:

• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program or session without a refund.

Intellectual Property

1. Content Ownership:

• All materials, exercises, and content provided during mentoring sessions or group programs are the intellectual property of Root and Ritual Wellness, LLC.

• Participants may not reproduce, share, or distribute materials without explicit written permission.

2. Limited License:

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use program materials for personal use only.

Liability Disclaimer

1. Personal Responsibility:

• Participants acknowledge they are responsible for their own progress and results.

• Mentoring and group programs are for educational and informational purposes only and do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. No Guarantees:

• Root and Ritual Wellness, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results of the services provided.

Termination of Services

• Root and Ritual Wellness, LLC reserves the right to terminate access to services if participants fail to comply with these terms or any additional agreements made at the time of purchase.

Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law:

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

2. Resolution Process:

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico.
